Ambition Pharma Private Limited is located at Plot No 77 in Industrial Area Phase 1. Being in the industrial area means we have a lot of space to work with, which is good because we deal with a high volume of pharmaceutical products. The plot is a good size and we have a gated entrance to keep everything secure. The building itself is mostly functional, with high ceilings and plenty of room for our storage racks. It’s not the quietest place to work with all the nearby factories and machinery, but you stop noticing the hum after a few days. We start our shifts early to beat the traffic coming into the industrial zone. Most of our work involves managing the warehouse and making sure the distribution side of the business is running smoothly. We have a small office tucked into one corner where we do the billing and keep the records. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We don't have any awards on the walls. We just have some calendars and a few photos of the team. It’s an honest day’s work for all of us. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. When the day is over, we lock up the gates and head home, ready to do it all again tomorrow morning when the sun comes up.
