Our office is located at Plot No. 3115 in Industrial Area Phase 2, right here in Chandigarh. This part of the city is always full of big trucks and the sound of machines because it is the main industrial hub. We run as a one-person company, which means one person handles most of the big decisions and the daily grind of the business. It is a solid brick building with enough space for our supplies and the stacks of paperwork that come with the pharma trade. The street outside gets quite dusty because of all the heavy transport moving nearby, but inside we try to keep things organized and clean for the products. There is no big sign or flashing lights outside to grab attention. Just a regular metal door where we get our deliveries and send things out. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking the stock levels in the back room. Working in Phase 2 means we are close to other businesses, which helps when we need a mechanic or a courier quickly. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby dhaba or a lunchbox brought from home. It is quiet inside compared to the constant noise of the trucks on the road outside. We deal with various medicine types and ensure they are stored correctly. It is a lot of routine work, checking dates and making sure orders are correct. We do not have a big team, so every small task falls on us. It is hard work but it keeps the business moving.
