Adunik Buildmat. Coordinators

We've been over at Plot-219 in the Phase-1 Industrial Area for a while now. Running Adunik Buildmat. Coordinators keeps us pretty busy every day. It’s mostly just us handling the coordination and making sure materials get where they need to go without too much of a headache. The yard gets dusty, especially in the afternoons when the trucks are coming in and out of the industrial zone. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can keep things moving. Most days, you’ll find one of us sorting through paperwork or talking to drivers who are trying to navigate the Phase-1 traffic. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People around here know where to find us if they need something sorted out regarding building supplies. We try to keep it straightforward. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the machinery from the neighbor’s shop. We’ve learned a lot about how this industry works just by being on the ground here every day. It's a lot of coordination, like the name says, and things don't always go perfectly, but we manage. If you're driving through the industrial area, you probably see our sign. It’s been there long enough that it’s starting to show its age. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the day-to-day operations stay on track.
