We’ve been at House No 405 in Sector 37-A for a good while now. Chandigarh is a nice place to work, even if the summers are a bit much. Most days it is just us handling the usual paperwork and trying to figure out where people fit best in the jobs we have listed. It gets pretty busy here, especially when the phones start ringing all at once and everyone is asking for something different. We don't have a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular house that we turned into a workspace. People come in looking for work, and we try to see what is available in the system. Sometimes it works out fast, and other times it takes a long time to find a match. We drink a lot of tea while going through resumes on the computer. The traffic in Sector 37 can be a bit of a headache during the morning, but we have gotten used to it. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to get the day's tasks done. It is mostly about matching names to lists and making sure all the details are right. If you walk by House 405, you will probably see a couple of cars parked out front and us sitting at our desks. We try to keep things organized, though the piles of folders sometimes have a mind of their own. It is honest work. Nothing flashy here.
