A M Consultants is located at SCO 11 in Sector 30. It’s a standard commercial building in a pretty active part of the city. We’ve had our office here for a number of years. It’s not a fancy place with designer furniture or anything like that. It’s a working office. We have desks covered in papers and folders stacked up against the walls. Our work is mainly about consultancy for building projects. We help people figure out the technical side of things before they start construction. This involves a lot of looking at local building codes and making sure everything is legal and safe. Sector 30 is a good location for us, even if it gets a bit crowded during the middle of the day. We are just a small group of people who know the ins and outs of the planning process. We don't make big promises or use promotional language. We just tell our clients what is possible on their land. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we think it's better to be honest from the start. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or at our computers. It can be a bit repetitive, but we take the work seriously. Every project has its own set of problems to solve. We just take them one at a time and try to find a practical solution that works for everyone involved.
