Pukhraj Healthcare is based out of House No 1210 in Sector 44 B. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot quieter than the industrial parts of town. We’ve turned the space into our workspace, and it has a very different feel than a corporate office. It’s more like a home that happens to be a business. We handle healthcare products and spend our time managing orders and talking to people who use them. There are a few rooms filled with boxes and a small area for the office work. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a small, tight-knit group of people working here. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss us if they aren't looking for the house number. Working from Sector 44 is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't have any formal meetings or big presentations. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. Most of our neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on getting the products out and answering the phone. There’s no fancy jargon used around here. We just want to make sure the work is finished by the end of the day so we can go home to our families. It’s a decent way to spend the day, really, without all the usual office stress.
