G. K. Chemicals

G. K. Chemicals is situated at Pathra Tiraya in Chandausi, right where the roads meet in Moradabad. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is never a dull moment around here. We handle various chemical supplies, which means we have to be quite careful about how things are stored and moved. The building is a simple structure that’s seen a lot of seasons. We have a storage area in the back and a small front area where we handle the paperwork and talk to suppliers. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the fans in the office don’t always do a great job, but we stay busy enough not to notice it too much. Being at the Tiraya means we get a lot of people stopping by to ask for directions or just to see what we do. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the business inside out. We use old-fashioned ledgers for a lot of our tracking because they never crash like a computer might. The floor is concrete and can be a bit stained from the materials we work with, but that’s just the nature of the chemical trade. We don't put on any airs; we just provide the products that local folks and other businesses need. It's a loud, dusty, and honest way to make a living for all of us, and we've been doing it this way for years.
