Laxmi Sagar Engineers

We are located out in Village Kuruli, which is on the Pune Nashik Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city, but it’s where all the big industry is moving. We are near the Saint Gobain glass factory and just behind the NTB company. The area around Chakan Bhaji Market is always active with farmers and factory workers. Our workshop is in Survey No 622/2, and it’s a fairly large space because we need room for engineering work. The air out here is a bit dustier because of the construction and the trucks. We deal with a lot of heavy metal parts and fabrication. Some days we spend more time looking at blueprints than actually cutting metal. It’s a noisy environment, but that’s engineering for you. We have a small office space where we handle the billing, but most of the action happens on the shop floor. The commute out here can be tough during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the whole area change from empty fields to a massive industrial zone. We just do our part, making sure the components we produce are up to the mark. It’s steady work and we like being part of this growing industrial belt. We usually head home once the shift change happens at the bigger factories nearby.
