Mindgates Softtech Solutions Private Limited is located out in Mahanoor, which is part of the Chadoora tehsil. We are set up at Mohd Sultan Ganiee’s place. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re used to the main city life in Srinagar. Chadoora is more rural, so the scenery is actually quite nice, especially when the weather is clear. We aren't in a glass building or a business park. We are just using a local space that belongs to the Ganiee family. It’s a very grounded way to work. You hear the birds and the local traffic, which isn't much compared to the city. We have our computers and all the usual tech stuff set up in a few rooms. It’s a simple arrangement. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people in the village know us anyway, so we don't really need one. The commute can be a bit tiring depending on the roads, but we’re used to it now. We spend the day working on our software stuff and taking tea breaks. It’s a very relaxed environment, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes. We don't have fancy office culture here. We just sit down, do what needs to be done, and talk about whatever is happening in the area. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. It’s just how we like it, tucked away in Mahanoor.
