Locating us can be a bit of a challenge if you are not used to the 93, Lgf World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, Connaught Place,. We are in the Lower Ground Floor, and Zabby'S Opthalmic Instrument & Pharmaceuticals is situated right in the middle of all that city hustle. The office is packed with delicate instruments and boxes of medicine, so we have to be very careful when we move around. It feels a bit like a maze down here with all the different hallways, but we have been in this spot long enough to know every single turn. The lighting is all artificial since we are below ground level, but we have plenty of bright lamps to see the small parts we work with. There is a constant stream of people walking past our door, and sometimes a courier gets lost trying to find our specific unit. We keep a tidy shelf for the pharmaceuticals, but the desk where we handle the ophthalmic tools is usually covered in magnifying glasses and tiny screwdrivers. It is a unique place to work because you are in the heart of the city but tucked away in a quiet corner at the same time. We do not have a big storefront with neon lights; we just have our name on the door and a lot of work to get through. Most of our days are spent checking the inventory and making sure the instruments are calibrated correctly before they go out.
