We deal with boxes, lists, and logistics every single day. The warehouse area is usually full of inventory and we spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is in the right place. Kanpur can be a very dusty city, especially in this part of town, so we are always cleaning the shelves and the boxes. It’s not a laboratory or a fancy retail pharmacy. We focus more on the systems and the distribution side of things. The office part is just a couple of desks and a computer that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just talk to our regular contacts and make sure things get where they need to go on time. Kidwai Nagar is a crowded area with narrow streets, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache for the drivers. We just deal with it as it comes.
