Videocon

This Videocon location is at 1/3059 Ramnagar in Shahdara, Delhi. It’s just down the way from a few other spots, but we have our own way of doing things here. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so moving big items can be a real chore. We spend most of our time organizing parts and making sure everything is where it should be. Shahdara is a hectic place to work, but you get used to the noise after a few months. Our room is filled with shelves that have seen better days. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. It’s a basic operation. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay productive even when the Delhi heat is bad. There’s always someone coming by to ask a question or drop something off. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren’t. We are just a few people in a small room trying to keep things running. The paperwork piles up on the desk and the phone rings more than we’d like. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on our feet. We just take it one day at a time.
