In Patna, you can find us at the Walmi Complex in Phulwarisharif. We are in unit D-3/3. It’s a functional complex with a lot of different offices, so there is always people coming and going. We have been operating Videocon Industries from this spot for a good bit of time. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they still work just fine. Patna can be a hectic city to navigate, but once you get inside the complex, things are a bit more organized. We spend our hours going through the daily requirements and making sure the local operations are running without too many hiccups. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing goals posted up. We just have a list of things to do and we try to cross them all off by the evening. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It is a very human way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most polished; we just want to be reliable and get our tasks finished on time. That is the way we’ve always done it here in Phulwarisharif.
