Over in Sector 2D of Vaishali, you can find us at 36 B in the Kamna area. Ghaziabad has its own rhythm, and being at this Videocon Industries Ltd location means we are right in a residential-commercial mix. The house or building at 36 B is fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small sign, but nothing that shouts at you. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of files and a couple of computers that have been around for a few years. The dust from the road outside always finds its way in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks in the morning. It’s a local operation here, nothing like the big glass buildings you see in the city centers. We know the neighbors and the local watchman, and we usually share a greeting in the mornings. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup system that kicks in with a loud groan. It’s part of the charm of working in Vaishali, I suppose. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms or lounge areas. We just sit at our desks and get through the tasks. Sometimes we order food from the little shop down the street when we have to stay late to finish up the monthly accounts. It’s just a normal place where we put in our hours, handle the daily business, and keep things moving forward.
