At Victor Component, we spend most of our time dealing with small parts and making sure everything is counted correctly. Our shop is located at 545 Niti Khand-II in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here long enough to see the buildings around us go up one by one. The workspace is filled with bins and boxes because we handle so many different components for various machines. It’s the kind of job where your hands stay a bit dirty and you’re always looking for a specific wrench or a missing screw. We don't spend much on advertising because the people who need us usually find us by word of mouth or by just driving down the street. The summer heat in Ghaziabad can be pretty brutal, so we have a couple of fans going all day to keep the air moving while we sort through the inventory. It’s not a complicated business but it requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't send out the wrong part. We just get on with the work, talk to the delivery drivers, and try to keep things organized enough so we can find what we need. When the sun goes down, we lock up the shutters and head back home, ready to do it all again the next morning. It is just steady work with good people who know their hardware.
