Cdil New Delhi is tucked away in Kailash Puri. We are at Rz-9B on Street Number 5. If you know this part of New Delhi-45, you know the streets can be narrow and it’s always a bit of a squeeze to get a vehicle through. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s a standard Delhi setup where every inch of space is used for something. We’ve got shelves reaching up to the ceiling and boxes under the tables. It isn't the most spacious place, but we have everything we need to stay busy. The noise from the street—horns, vendors, people talking—is just the background music to our workday. We don't have any big corporate banners or a reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we are doing. We handle a lot of local stuff and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the office feel a bit stuffy, so we keep the door open to get a breeze, even if it brings in some dust. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with work. We’ve been in Kailash Puri long enough to know the neighbors and the local rhythms. It’s just our little corner of the city where we get things done, day after day.
