You can find Vfs over in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. We are located c/o Hukum Master, which is quite close to IPH&H. If you know the Mahipalpur area, you know it is always busy with people coming and going because of how close it is to the airport. Our place is not anything fancy. It is a functional space where we handle documents and talk to people who have appointments. The building is a bit older and the stairs can be a little narrow. We have some desks and computers, and there is usually a stack of folders somewhere that needs sorting. The noise from the main road outside never really stops, so we have gotten used to the sound of horns and engines. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not familiar with landmarks like Hukum Master. We do not spend money on big decorations or flashy signs. We just focus on getting the paperwork processed so people can go about their day. Some days the queue is long and we feel the pressure, but we just take it one person at a time. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. It is a very practical environment. We do not have a big corporate feel at all. It is just us in a small room in Delhi doing what needs to be done with the files and the forms. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. It's just a regular spot.
