Our office is at number 15 on the ground floor of the Dsidc Complex. Being on Mata Sundri Road means we are right near the Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Flyover, so it’s easy to find once you get to Minto Road. The ground floor is good because people don't have to climb any stairs. It’s often quite loud because of the traffic coming off the flyover, but we have gotten used to the sound of cars and trucks over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of paper related to the travel agency. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for the next person to come in. The building itself is a bit old, but it does the job for us. Usually, we open up in the morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes the tea man comes by, which is always a nice break. There are other businesses in the complex, so there is always someone walking past the door. We don't have anything fancy in here, just the basics like a few computers and some chairs for visitors. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and something is always happening on the street outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you are coming from the Minto Road side, you just have to look for the flyover. We've been here for quite some time now, just managing things one day at a time without any fuss.
