Our office is tucked away in Karol Bagh at 15A/55, Saraswati Marg. It’s a busy street in the Wea Karol Bagh area, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. We do a mix of things here, mostly travel stuff and some consulting work when people need help with paperwork. It’s not a massive operation. Just a few of us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Karol Bagh is full of shops like ours, but we’ve been here long enough that we have our own group of regulars. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks and chairs, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the forms and documents we have to manage. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were okay to deal with. Sometimes we’re busy with flight bookings, other times it’s just someone asking for advice on a visa. It’s a lot of time spent on the computer and the phone. The area is always crowded, especially on weekends, but that’s just life in Delhi. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use any of that fancy business talk. We are just here from morning till evening, doing the best we can with the work we have. Sometimes the tea runs out but the work keeps going until the shutters go down.
