If you’re ever driving down Pankha Road, you might pass by us at C-5-9 Vashisht Park. Ria Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but it works for what we do. We aren't a huge corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see someone at a desk covered in papers. We handle life sciences stuff, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just a lot of checking bottles and making sure the storage is right. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s our space. We have a few people who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t really have a big public face or anything. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or just organizing the shelves. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays when everyone is trying to catch up from the weekend. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still written down in notebooks because that's how we like to do it. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the noise from the road gets inside, but we’re used to it. We just do our thing here in Vashisht Park and try to keep everything moving. It's not a perfect setup, but it gets the job done for the people around here.
