Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Ltd is based in the Crown Heights Building, specifically in units 308-309. We are located right near the Rithala Metro Station in Sector 10, Rohini. Being so close to the metro makes it much easier for all of us to get to work without having to deal with too much traffic. The building is quite tall, and from our floor, we can see the trains coming and going all day. Our office is a functional workspace where we handle the pharmaceutical business. It isn't a place for showing off; it is where the actual daily tasks happen. We have rows of desks and a small corner for our tea breaks. It can get a bit hectic when several orders come in at the same time, and you can always hear the rumble of the metro station nearby. We have been in the Rohini area for a good while and have watched it grow and change around us. We don't use any complicated management systems; we just talk to each other and get things done as they come up. Our filing cabinets are still full of paper records because that is how we have always done it. It is a simple and straightforward way to work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need us know where to find us. We just keep the supplies moving.
