Uppal Realtors is located in the Anand Parbat Industrial Estate, specifically at PP 26 on Gali Number 10. It is a very industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in the background. Our office is right in the thick of it. We have been here for a while and we focus mostly on factory spaces and industrial plots. It’s a bit different from residential real estate because we have to worry about things like power loads and heavy vehicle access. The office is a simple place with old desks and a lot of files. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big marketing department. We just know the galis of Anand Parbat really well. A lot of our day is spent meeting with factory owners or people looking to set up a small workshop. It’s dusty and loud work, but we like being where the production happens. We spend a lot of time on the paperwork side of things, making sure all the industrial licenses and documents are in order. It can be a slow process, and there is often a lot of waiting around. We don't make big claims about what we do; we just try to get the job done for the people who come to us. If you are looking for a space in Gali 10 or nearby, you will probably see us walking around. It’s just a practical, everyday business for us in this part of Delhi.
