We are situated at 9953/B in the Sarai Rohilla area, right on New Rohtak Road. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi, and the traffic outside is almost never quiet. You can hear the trucks and buses going by all day long. The office itself is practical. We do a lot of work involving property and management, so there are always maps and documents spread out over the tables. It’s an old building, but it serves our purpose well enough. Being near the railway station means there is a lot of movement around here, which can be distracting but also keeps things feeling alive. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and see everyone working. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are constantly cleaning the desks. We’ve been in this location for some time now and we know the local tea sellers and the shopkeepers around the corner. It’s a bit of a gritty area compared to the new malls, but it’s central for what we do. We spend our hours coordinating things and making sure the paperwork is in order. Most of the staff brings their own lunch, and we eat together when things calm down in the mid-afternoon. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here on Rohtak Road, and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than it is.
