United Health Group

Our office for United Health Group is located at 39-A in the Karan Apartments. We are tucked away in Mohammadpur, right behind the Bhikaji Cama Place area in New Delhi. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't familiar with the neighborhood, but once you're here, it’s a quiet enough spot. We operate from an apartment, which gives it a more personal feel than a cold office building. There is always the sound of the city in the background, but inside, we just focus on the health-related work we do. We have a few rooms filled with files and some computers that have been with us for years. We aren't one of those massive companies with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just us, working through the documents and making calls to help people out. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait for the courier to find the right door. We eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our days are spent checking records and talking to patients or clients who need some guidance. We don't use any fancy jargon or have long corporate presentations. The stairs in the apartment building are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to be careful when they're coming up. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they don't get much sun. It’s a bit of a contrast to the high-rises.
