Uni Auto Sales

Uni Auto Sales is located at 16/17 in the Karol Bagh WEA area. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and lively the streets can be. There is always someone looking for something for their car or bike around here. Our shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into the space we have. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that won't ever come out, no matter how much we scrub. We keep the doors open to let some air in, which also brings in all the noise of the traffic and the horns from the main road. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that is just how Karol Bagh is. We spend our mornings checking on what arrived the night before and making sure everything is where it should be. The shelves are mostly full of parts and boxes. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. Usually, whoever isn't busy with a customer is the one who answers the phone. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep ourselves going. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to reorganize the back room, though it never stays tidy for long. It's a straightforward business. People come in, ask what they need, and we see if we have it on the shelf. It’s been our daily routine for a long time and we don't expect it to change much.
