If you know Tilak Bazar, you know how narrow and busy the streets get. Standard Agro Developement Industries is tucked away at No. 1293 in Lambi Gali. It’s one of those old parts of the city where everything is packed together. We’ve been here for a long time, working in the agricultural sector. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the products we handle. There’s always someone coming in or out with a delivery or a question. It gets pretty frantic during the harvest seasons when everyone needs something at the same time. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for decades. We sit at our old wooden desks and handle the orders as they come. It's a lot of paperwork and talking on the phone with farmers and suppliers. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough to stay focused, but we have a few fans going. We just try to be honest and get the work finished. We don't use any corporate jargon here. It’s just us doing the daily grind in a very old, very busy part of Delhi. Lambi Gali is exactly what the name says, a long, narrow lane, so it’s always an adventure getting goods moved in and out. We’ve made it work for many years.
