Supertech Surgical

Our shop is right in the middle of the chaos at Sadar Bazar. We are located at 5393/22 in Gupta Market. If you’ve ever been to Sadar, you know how busy it gets with all the wholesalers and shoppers. Supertech Surgical has been part of this market for a long time. We deal with surgical instruments and supplies. It’s a small space, like most shops in this area, but we’ve got stuff packed from floor to ceiling. You have to be careful where you step. We don't have any special lighting or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a working market. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the right kits go out to the hospitals. We talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are regular buyers, others are just looking for a single item. We treat everyone the same. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and counting stock. We don't use much technology besides a basic computer for the bills. Most of our business is done through handshakes and old-fashioned talk. It’s a noisy place with people shouting and carts moving by, but we like the energy. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. Just another day at the market for us.
