Good Will Surgical

We've been here in Darya Ganj for quite a while now. Our shop is at 838 Chandni Mahal. It's a busy part of the city, and we mostly deal with all kinds of surgical supplies that doctors and clinics around here need. People usually walk in when they are looking for specific medical tools or maybe just some basic health gear. The shop isn't huge, but we keep a lot of stock packed into the shelves. My brother and I manage most of the daily work. Sometimes it gets really crowded in this alley, especially in the afternoons. We see a lot of regular faces from the nearby hospitals. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular store with boxes piled up and a counter where we talk to customers. Usually, we open up early in the morning because that’s when the deliveries start coming in. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look a bit messy with all the unpacking. Darya Ganj has changed over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them we have what they need. It’s a lot of standing around and checking lists. We focus on getting the right items to the people who ask for them without making things complicated. That's just how we do things here every day.
