Steelbird Organic Llp

We are based in Jhandewalan Extension, at 2 E/3 in Central Delhi. It’s a good spot because we’re right in the middle of everything. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need for Steelbird Organic. Being in Central Delhi means we’re close to all the main hubs, which helps when we have to go out for meetings or pick up supplies. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few big tables, and a lot of files. We aren't the type to have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks working through the organic product details or chatting about the next delivery. The noise from the extension is something you just get used to after a week. We like the fact that we’re in a real part of the city where people are actually working. It keeps us grounded. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporation. We’re a small team, and we handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the high-level planning. It’s a practical way to run things. Every morning we open the shutters and get started on whatever the day brings. It’s not always easy, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here in Jhandewalan. We often share a big tiffin lunch together when things settle down around two in the afternoon.
