Alchemist Food&Bevarage Ltd.

We operate out of D77 in the Dda Flats on Mata Sundri Road. It’s a central part of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. Alchemist Food&Bevarage Ltd. isn't a massive factory; it’s more of an office where we handle the supplies and the orders. We deal with a lot of different vendors and people who need things delivered. Our desks are usually covered in invoices and samples of different things we are working with. It gets a bit cramped in these flats, but we make it work for us. We started here because it was convenient, and we just stayed. There is no big sign outside, so you have to look for the door number. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the inventory lists to make sure everything is moving like it should. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the right spot in the colony, so we have to go out and wave them down. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being involved in the food world. The neighborhood is busy, and we’re right in the thick of it. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the supplies get where they are going. It’s a simple setup with a lot of daily tasks that keep us busy from morning till evening, and we handle it all ourselves without much fuss.
