Our shop is located at 1140/9 in Naiwala, right in the thick of Karol Bagh. If you've ever been to Naiwala, you know it's the place for motors and spare parts. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always someone honking outside. We’ve been in this small spot for years, and it’s packed floor to ceiling with whatever we can fit. We don't have a lot of room to move around, so we’ve gotten good at stacking things. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a waiting room or air conditioning. Most of the time, we’re standing out by the street or tucked behind a counter covered in old catalogs. We know the regulars by name and they know we don't sugarcoat things. If a part is hard to find, we’ll tell you. If it’s going to take a few days, we don’t make false promises. Working in Karol Bagh means you have to be quick and you have to know your parts. We deal with all sorts of people every day, from mechanics to hobbyists. Our floors are dusty and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but that doesn't really matter when you're looking for a specific motor part. We just keep our heads down and keep selling. It’s a busy life here in the market, but we wouldn’t really know what else to do with ourselves. It’s just us and the noise of Naiwala. We open early and usually stay until the last customer leaves, even if it's getting dark and we're tired.
