You can find us over at Jasola Vihar, inside the Janta Flats complex at Pocket-11, C298. Since it’s a residential area, the whole place feels very lived-in. There are families and neighbors all around our office. We use this flat as our main base for Sony India operations in this part of New Delhi. It is a compact space, so we have to be careful with how we store things. We’ve got a couple of computers and some shelves to hold parts and documents. The stairs leading up are a bit steep. It isn’t a corporate showroom by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just where we come to work every morning. We usually keep the radio on in the background to fill the silence. The neighbors are friendly enough and we’ve lived alongside them for a while. It can be quite hard to find a parking spot in the evenings when everyone returns home. We try our best to stay organized, but it’s a busy little office. The local security guard knows our names by now. It’s a very ordinary setup. We just come in, do our bit for the company, and then head back home. There is nothing special about the building itself. It is just another flat in the block where the daily work happens and the papers get filed.
