Siways Microelectronics Pvt Ltd is based over in Okhla, right in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. It's a pretty busy part of the city, and we've been operating out of Enclave-II for a good bit of time. Working with microelectronics means we spend a lot of our day looking at small parts and trying to get things to work right. Delhi can be a bit of a rush, especially with the traffic around Okhla, but we just stick to our routine at the office. We aren't trying to do anything crazy or flashy here. Most of our time is spent on the technical side of things, making sure the components are sorted and the orders go out to the right people. It gets a little cramped sometimes with all the gear we have laying around, but that’s just the nature of the business. The staff here mostly just keeps their heads down and gets the job done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put in the same spot. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the noise of the city outside. We usually have tea in the afternoon and talk about whatever needs fixing or what parts are coming in next week. It’s not a corporate environment with suits or anything, just a bunch of us working on electronics in a practical way.
