We are tucked away in Baljeet Nagar, specifically at Hno-T-482/2E/8A. It’s in Galino-2, so it’s one of those narrow streets you find in West Patel Nagar. Delhi is always crowded, and our little corner is no different. You can reach us on the mobile number ending in 4966 if you get lost looking for the place. It happens quite a bit since the lanes all look similar. We’ve been running Ecil from this spot for a while. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Some days are loud because of the street noise outside, but we’re used to it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to bother with that right now. We prefer just getting on with the work. People in the neighborhood know us. We’re just local workers trying to stay on top of our responsibilities. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and equipment, but it works for what we do. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. New Delhi-08 is a busy postal zone. Life moves fast here. We just try to keep up and do right by the people who come to us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local shop in a big city.
