Sai Surgical

Sai Surgical is located in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain during the peak hours when everyone is out. We deal in surgical items, which is a pretty specific field. Our shop isn't very large, but we keep it stocked with the things doctors and small clinics usually ask for. We started this because there was a need for it in this part of town. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us handling the counter and the inventory. Most of our day is spent checking boxes and talking to people who come in looking for specific instruments. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s steady and we like the people in the neighborhood. We’ve seen Shalimar Bagh change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. We don't have a website with all the bells and whistles. Most people just give us a call or drop by when they need something. Sometimes we run out of stock on certain items and have to wait for the next delivery, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just try to be honest about what we have and what we don't. It’s a straightforward business. We keep our doors open six days a week and usually close up early on Sundays. It’s just a normal local business trying to do its part without any fuss or complicated plans for the future.
