Seemsan Pumps & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Samrat Bhawan building, specifically units M-5 and M-7. We’re over in Ranjit Nagar, tucked in behind the Satyam Cinema in the commercial complex there. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially when a new movie comes out. We spend our days dealing with pumps and various industrial equipment. It’s heavy stuff, so there’s usually a bit of lifting and moving boxes around our space. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of technical manuals stacked up. We’ve been working with pumps for a long time, so we know which ones work for different jobs and which ones are just trouble. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, someone comes in with a problem—a pump that died or a system that's leaking—and we see if we can provide the right equipment to fix it. We aren't big on fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you the specs and let the equipment do the talking. The staff here is small, and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the phone to helping load a truck. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the cinema nearby, but we like the energy. We just keep our heads down and do the work, day in and day out, making sure local businesses have the pumps they need.
