Naturence Herbals

You can find us over at 7/18 Sarvapriya Vihar. Naturence Herbals is based out of this space and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a decent area, fairly quiet compared to the main markets, which we appreciate when we’re trying to get work done. We handle a variety of herbal items, mostly focused on things people use for their skin or hair. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have to count the bottles, check the seals, and make sure everything is stored in a cool place so it doesn't spoil. The space isn't huge but we make it work by stacking things carefully. Sometimes it feels like we are living among the boxes, but that’s just part of running a small business like this. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy scripts for us. We just answer the phone when it rings and help out the people who come to the door. Sarvapriya Vihar is a nice place to be situated and we’ve gotten to know some of the other folks working nearby. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork to deal with in the afternoons, which is the boring part, but it has to be done. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If someone needs herbal supplies, they usually find their way to our number or our door eventually. We’re just regular people trying to run a steady shop without any unnecessary drama.
