Being located in Darya Ganj means there is never a dull moment. We are right on the ground floor on the McDonald’s line, so it’s easy for people to find us, even though the area is always packed. Dr. Sanjiv Jain’s clinic has been a part of this street for a while. It’s a busy spot, especially on Sundays when the book market is active nearby. The clinic itself is quite compact. We have the consultation room and a small space for waiting. The noise from the main road drifts in whenever the door opens, but that’s just Darya Ganj for you. We see a lot of different people every day—merchants from the market, families living in the old buildings, and even some folks who travel in from further away. We don’t use any complicated systems here. Everything is done in a very old-school, practical way. We keep track of appointments in a big register and try to stay on top of things as best as we can. The lighting is a bit bright, and the chairs are simple plastic ones, but they do the job. It’s a real place for real people. Whether it’s a rash or something more persistent, we just take a look and see what can be done. It’s honest work in a very crowded part of Delhi. We like being here despite the chaos outside because there’s a certain energy to the McDonald's line that you don't get anywhere else.
