You can find us at A-34 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a residential area that has a lot of small businesses operating out of it, so we fit right in. The office is part of the building where we spend most of our time, which makes for a very short commute. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly handling the export of various goods. The rooms are filled with samples and boxes, sometimes making it hard to walk around if we have a big shipment going out. We don't have a formal meeting room; we usually just sit in the main area and talk over whatever needs to be done. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on customs forms or international shipping rates. We handle a lot of the work ourselves, from the initial sourcing to the final packing. It’s not just sitting at a desk; there’s a lot of physical work involved in checking the stock and moving things around. Our days are pretty much dictated by the pickup times of the courier trucks. If they’re late, we’re here late finishing up. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on making sure the goods get where they are supposed to go without too much fuss. It's a modest operation, but it works for us and keeps things simple.
