Aman Ooverseas

Our office is up on the first floor of Suman Market on Esplanade Road. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded it gets. There are people everywhere and the noise from the street never really stops. We’ve been here at Aman Ooverseas for years. The stairs leading up to the shop are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to watch your step. Once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the rickshaws honking outside. The market is full of history, though our office is just practical. We have shelves full of samples and boxes piled up in the corners. It’s not a place for sitting around; we’re usually busy coordinating with different vendors or checking the quality of what we're sending out. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. Chandni Chowk has a way of making you work hard. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the business well. We know the tea seller downstairs by name, and he brings us a few cups every afternoon. It’s a messy, lively, and very real place to work. We don't worry about having the newest furniture or a modern look. As long as the orders are correct and the clients are okay, we are happy with how things are going in our corner of Suman Market.
