Sansui

Finding House Number 10A in Block A1 isn’t always easy for people who aren't from around Sant Nagar. Burari is a crowded place and Guru Nanak Marg always has something going on, whether it is a rickshaw blocking the way or just a lot of people walking to the market. We are right there in the middle of it. Our space is functional, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. Delhi-84 is a long way for some, but for us, it is just home. We handle electronics and the usual Sansui stuff that comes through the door. Some days are loud because of the street noise and other days we just sit and work through the pile of things on the benches. We don't have a big reception area or fancy chairs. Most of the time, someone is just busy fixing a screen or checking a circuit. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. It gets dusty, especially in the summer, so we are always wiping down the equipment. We have been in this spot long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It is a practical setup for a practical job. We don't spend much time on decorations. We just focus on the items sitting in front of us and try to keep up with the pace of the city.
