We operate out of the Talhata area, which is a small village and post office location near Ghaziabad. Being part of Samtel Color Ltd means we deal with a lot of specific parts and color tubes, but doing it from a village setting makes the atmosphere quite different. It is much quieter here than the main city of Ghaziabad. You see the green fields right outside the main gates before you get into the industrial part of the facility. Most of our staff live right here in the village or just a short walk away. We don't have any of those big corporate cafeterias. We usually just bring our own tiffins and sit together during the break. The work is mostly about keeping the machines running and making sure the color components are packed correctly for transport. Sometimes the narrow roads in Talhata make it a bit tricky for the big trucks to get in, especially when it rains and things get muddy. We have to go out and help the drivers navigate the turns. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use much fancy technology for our own administration. It's mostly just pens, paper, and old registers that have been around for years. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can head back home. It is a simple way of running things, but it has worked for us for a long time now.
