This Samsung place is out in Kanjhawala Vill, near the primary school in Delhi. We are at number 244. It’s a bit different from the city shops because it’s much more of a village atmosphere. We have our landline at 011-65062263 and the mobile at 9818412236, which is how most people reach us if they aren't just walking in. Being near the school means there are always kids and parents around, which makes the area feel quite lively. Our shop is simple. We have the usual Samsung products, but a lot of what we do is just helping neighbors with their tech problems. It’s not a polished showroom. We have stacks of papers and some old equipment in the corners. It’s a comfortable place where we know many of the people who come through the door by name. We don't use any fancy mission statements. We just open up the shop, answer the phones, and see who needs help that day. Living and working in Kanjhawala means things move a bit slower than in central Delhi, and we like it that way.
