You can find us at Plot 150/B-9 in Rohini, New Delhi-85. This part of the city is always moving, but our little corner stays pretty steady. We’ve been operating out of this plot for some time now. It’s not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the business districts. Instead, it’s a practical space where we can actually spread out and look at the gadgets and parts we deal with every day. The room has a few old chairs and tables that have seen better days, but they work fine for what we need. We get a lot of people from the nearby blocks coming in. They usually have something that isn't working right and they want a straight answer. We don't use any big words or confusing terms. We just look at the problem and see if it can be fixed. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re all rushing around, and other times it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan clicking. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from south Delhi, but for the folks in Rohini, we’re just around the corner. We don't worry about being the most modern-looking place. As long as the lights stay on and we can do the work, we're happy. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
