This branch of Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd is located at 3/180 in Govind Puri, right near Kalkaji. If you’ve ever been to Govind Puri, you know it’s very busy and the streets are tight. We are right in the middle of all that action. It's a small space, honestly. We have to be very organized or we’d run out of room for all the stuff people bring in. It's mostly electronics repair and checking inventory. We have a couple of technicians who have been here for years. They know their way around a motherboard. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We just have our workstations and a place for people to stand at the counter. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud but we are used to it by now. Kalkaji is a good place to be because everything is close by. If we need a specific tool, we can usually find it just a short walk away. We have a lot of regular customers who come to us whenever their Samsung gear acts up. It's a fast-paced environment. We try to get things fixed as quick as we can. There’s always tea being made in the back. It helps keep everyone going during the long afternoons when the heat is up. We just keep on working until the day is over and we can relax a bit before coming back tomorrow.
