Salora

We are over in Giri Nagar, which is part of the Kalkaji area in New Delhi. The address is 148 B.M.K., and it is a spot that most delivery drivers have a hard time finding at first. We have been at this 110019 pin code for a long time. The building is a bit tucked away, so it is usually quiet inside even when the city outside is roaring. I work here at Salora with a small group of people who have been with me for years. We handle all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly just routine office stuff and managing what comes through the door. It is not a corporate setup with meetings every hour. We usually just sit around the big table in the back and talk about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to clear, but mostly we try to head home before the traffic gets too bad. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, with more houses turning into offices, but we still feel like one of the original spots in this block. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. It is just a plain door with our name on it. The building has that old Delhi charm where the stairs are narrow and you have to watch your step. We share the block with a few other small businesses and everyone is pretty friendly.
