Our office is located at 1820, on the second floor just behind the main street in Paharganj. Wazir Singh Street is usually packed with people and carts, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to Chuna Mandi. We deal with medical devices, mostly the kind of equipment hospitals and clinics need for their daily routines. It’s a small operation, really. We aren’t some big corporate giant; we just work out of this space in a very busy part of New Delhi. The walls are lined with boxes, and the phone rings more than we’d sometimes like. It gets noisy outside with all the markets, but we manage to get our work done. We’ve been in this trade for some time now. Most of our day is spent checking orders or talking to suppliers. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you need something, you usually just call us up or drop by the second floor. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs. Dealing with medical gear means staying on top of things, which isn't always easy when the city is so fast-paced. We just try to be reliable and keep the inventory moving. It’s just us here, working in the middle of Paharganj, trying to make sure the right tools get to the right people. It is just a normal day for us.
