Our place in Greater Noida is located at A-48 in Alpha-1. It’s quite different from the typical crowded city office. Out here, things feel a bit more spread out. We focus on electronics and manufacturing, so we need the space that this area provides. The building is a standard industrial setup, nothing that would win any design awards, but it does what we need it to do. We spend most of our hours on the floor or at the testing benches. It’s a lot of technical work, checking boards and making sure everything is wired up correctly. The team here is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. There’s often some noise from the surrounding units in Alpha-1, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just the sound of people getting things done. We keep a close eye on the inventory because parts are easy to lose if you aren't careful. Most of our days are spent following diagrams and assembly sheets. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we’re checking an order. It’s more about the physical work of putting things together. We just try to keep things moving along steadily every day without too much fuss or extra complications.
