S. S. Exports

S. S. Exports is based at R-99 Ramesh Park in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know how packed the streets are. It’s a lively area, and there’s always something going on. We work out of a small space that’s usually filled with samples and folders. We’ve been doing export work for quite a few years. It started out as a side thing and then became a full-time job. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We deal with various goods and try to keep our suppliers happy. The logistics of moving things through these narrow streets can be tricky, but we’ve figured out the best times to move trucks. It’s a lot of manual work, checking every item before it goes out. We don’t have a polished website or a marketing person. We just write things down in our ledger and hope for the best. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult and we have to scurry to keep the boxes dry. It’s a simple operation. We don’t use corporate jargon or make big promises. We just try to get the orders delivered without too much trouble. It’s a tough business, but we like the people we work with and the rhythm of the neighborhood.
