Our place is up on the first floor over in Sector-16, Rohini. It’s a quiet enough area most days, at I- 3/ 55. We’ve been working with biomedical supplies for quite some time now. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and making sure the equipment is what it says it is. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. Most days, we’re in jeans just moving boxes or sitting at the desk talking to suppliers. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep when we’re carrying heavy things, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website that's always updated. We just do our work and hope people find what they need. Rohini is a good spot for us because it’s easy for folks in North Delhi to reach. We deal with a lot of local clinics. They know they can just call and ask if we have a part or a machine in stock. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. If things get a bit messy during a busy week, we just clean up on Saturdays. It’s a decent living and we like the people we meet through this trade. There is always something new to learn in this field.
